A service that usually takes 45 mins to an hour took over 3 hours today, I was there from 9am to past noon. I was late to an extremely important appointment and it really ruined the rest of my day

I felt like I was talking to a family member. This was not transactional. I feel it’s important to treat people as family. No matter their background or their situation. Matt did that for me today. We joked and laughed. Even though I was just there for my service I still felt like I was dealing with one of my brothers. And me and my brother are very close.

Cody’s enthusiasm to make me pleased was what brought me back to Germain. I bought the Camery from Germain in 2008. Cody’s personality on the phone was attractive. After meeting him personally, I was confident that he would take care of me. I talked with people that worked with him and they felt that he was the real deal. I believe that if something shows up later that wasn’t done correctly, Cody would take care of it. I have his card and will keep it close.
