Mahogany Nolan was great. Much warmer and much less "all business" than the male service mgrs. Felt like she cared about me as person and was compassionate about issues my car had. Your male service mgrs are great too but Mahogany seemed more like a friend. Guess I'm saying I did not feel like a number with her. She was a lovely considerate person to me and another customer. You need more staff like her.

A three hour job took 6 hours. I assume they had to get parts delivered but no one communicated with me exactly why it took so long.
