For me as I have said many times it is with the guidance and assistance of Chris that I am very happy with the services I am getting from the dealership. When I moved from Minnesota in October 2021, I was a little bit confused where to take my car for service. However with the help of my friends at Inver Grove Toyota in Saint Paul MN I was referred to take my RAV4 XLE to your dealership. The the day I came in I was introduced to Chris. Overall hi coworkers are also very helpful. I am not a technical person, but Chris is always there for me.

Brake issue was not communicated during the time of service. I had to bring the vehicle back to get rechecked after noticing the issue while driving off the parking lot of Germain Toyota. This issue should have been expressed and addressed during the time of service.

5 hours for a 40,000 mile check, oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid change. I had a 9:30 appt and got out of there at 2:30.

My appointment was at 8:30 for oil change and tire rotation. At 9:09 they let me know what other services and problem I had with battery only 50% charged. I agreed to have battery charge and have the brake fluid changed. At 11:43 I was informed my car would be ready in 10 mins. At 12:15 I asked the Service personal if there was a problem. She said know it took awhile to charge battery and we got really behind. I feel 4 hours was way to long to wait for the above services.
Staff was learning new computer system and they handled it well. They answered all my questions with kindness and friendliness.
She is very friendly, professional and efficient. Very pleased
