Mahogany was very good at her job and explained all to me. I asked her some questions and she answered. She said my car would be done at a certain time and it was. She is a good advisor.
It was unclear that I needed to seek out Mahogany to give approval for additional charges and I ended up waiting extra time. I do not consider this good customer service. It is Toyota’s responsibility to come find the customer, not vice versa.

Cody needs to customer service skills. Kept a car for over a month without any updates except that someone was damaged on the car. Would not return any messages.
My daughter spent over 4 hours there for what was supposed to be an oil change and tire rotation. Then she was advised of my car needing an alignment. We believed that the alignment would be completed, but an issue with the battery arose. Battery replaced but unsure of alignment. Now there is a vibration with the tires that wasn't there before.
