The key word here is completely. The only issue i had was i only went in for an oil change and all i had communicated. When it was time to validate my request a tire rotation was added. Although i know I need one, i never requested it and was taken off my work request. The oil change did take a while but new it would based on the other checks that would be done. I was satisfied with the work and inspection completed.
Matthew is a great service advisor he was able to get my flat tire fixed on my car without an appointment on April 13th around 3:00 p.m. he was polite and courteous could not do enough for me he recognized me as a regular customer that is great customer service good job Matthew Koch Mr Lynch
Being the first one there when you opened made the difference. The assistant manager didn’t have my appointment in the system. I had to show it on my phone. Other than that I was in and out in approximately 45 minutes for what was routine maintenance.
Cody Rardin was very personable and helpful. I thought he went beyond the call of duty. I got better service from him than anyone I have ever been serviced by and I have been coming there for year and purchased at least three cars maybe more.
Cody was fantastic!! But, I was there from 10:30 to after 7. He couldn’t have been nicer, though.
STeresa was excellent and the service was great and fast.
Chris has been dynamite for all my scheduled services from when we bought the car to today. 45000 miles!

Chris did a good job and was very helpful and knowledgeable, but no one let me know that the length of time it would take for the car maintenance. It took much longer than expected.
Secondly, I question some of the suggested maintenance. I checked over the multi point inspection and it said that my battery was fine but I received a request to replace it. I also couldn’t confirm the other recommendations either. This makes me wonder if I’m receiving accurate information as this maintenance trip didn’t recommend the same things that were stated needed to be done the last time. What’s going on?

Chris is by far the best customer service representative I have encountered in over 35+ years owning multiple vehicles. Though tire rotation would be free but because I bought at your used car dept it was not. Also asked about 2 new tires but because my car is Lexus sale does not apply if I need 2 new tires.
