Car runs beautifully. I was surprised that the car was retuned without being washed. This was a very expensive repair that could have been done at a transmission shop for much cheaper. I chose Germain Toyota because of past experience so I figured a car wash would have been part of the service.

The people that interacted with me were great. However, I have now paid more than the original price of the vehicle in repairs. If the vehicle was as bad as this, just what was I buying originally? Every single time I bring it in for any mundane reason the cost quickly becomes a four digit number. If this is the quality of vehicle I can expect from your business, I will not be buying another vehicle from your business. I come in for a tire rotation, leave with an over $7000 bill. I come in for a break inspection, $3,500. I come in for standard service, over $8000. The tires had to be replaced due to being over 6 years old ( this is just a month after the tire rotation). The spare tire was from 2007, making it about 15 years old. I decided to buy them elsewhere. I will have to think hard about if I will be coming back.

Be sure mechanics are well trained. I was in dangerous situation because there were four loose lug nuts in front drivers side. Was on the freeway when it became obvious there was a huge problem. I had taken my car in for routine maintenance and tires were rotated.

The service I went for was not done. I had to come back for it to be done. Teresa Wilson helped me with one of the services. My oil change was not done, which was my main purpose of the appointment I scheduled.
