Very Slow communication
Hard to reach.
They have improved on the time it usually takes to get the job done. I was really happy about that. The last time I waited for like 3 hours to get an oil change and that was with a scheduled appointment. This time not quite an hour. Awesome !!!!

I thought I was coming in for new brakes, but the inspection reveled that my brakes are working well. So I got a nice surprise and a financial break.

Just like every time I come there and get an oil change the technicians or whoever gets in and out of my car put their oily feet all over my carpet and the doorway into my car and ruined my carpet

Matthew was extraordinarily professional and respectful when Customer Service is often an afterthought for many organizations. I was pleased that Matthew honored the Price Match Guarantee and the competing offer from Discount Tire for Yokohama Tires. As I suggested to Matthew, I would rather give my dollars to a dealership with whom my Father and I have interacted for 15 years than a discount retailer with whom I have no relationship. As my service appointment was 3 hours in duration, I think it would be beneficial to monitor and communicate periodically as to status update without my inquiry. Again, I sincerely appreciate the exceptional experience. Thank you!
