I was very pleased with my visit, Teresa got me in and out at a very reasonable time.
i spent about 7hrs waiting for my car. walked in with expectation to do just oil change, brake pad replacement, and windshield wipers. turned out my front brake pads were so low they started to eat the rotors so i was paying more than i had expected. my issue is that two services before this (same location) the guy helping me warned me that next service i will need new brake pads - then the service after that a different guy told me the brake pads i had would be fine until my next service (this one). little frustrated i had to wait so long and that i had to pay extra because of bad advice. otherwise everyone at location is very nice

I'm completely satisfied with everything, I have no concerns about the service at all.
Poor communication when I dropped the vehicle off. I went into the office on my own, stood in a line, and no worker attempted to greet us nor let us know what was going on. I stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged.
The passenger side tires were not rotated. This is the third time in the past few years this has happened. I always tag the tires because the techs cannot be trusted to do it.
Happy to have been in and out so quickly.

Took almost 3 hours for an oil and filter change and inspection. Dropped the van off at 10:31am and it was done at 1:15pm. I will not be back
