The last few visits I mentioned there was a “engine maintenance required visit your dealer” warning notification and the last few times they said they would fix it but it’s never been fixed or reset.
Nolan’s is a great employe. She has good customer skills. She provided a short cycle for my needs and helped in the sigh out process. This was something she was not required to do.
I am always completely pleased by the service at Germain Toyota. Today was no exception.

Initially, I felt like Miss. Wilson was cutting me off When I was trying to speak. I informed her of how I felt and the rest of my experience was satisfactory. She was not familiar with the tool I used to scan my vehicle. It is called in Innova car scan + repair solutions and it runs an electronic check engine, TPMS/TIRE Pressure, Network Scan, SRS, Stream live Data, and ABS. For example, when I ran my diagnostics, it showed me the tire pressure reader failed the test. I was trying to decipher whether or not I should get an inspection for my vehicle or rely on the mobile car scanner. I didn’t see any major repairs that were needed so I was not certain if it missed anything that was very important.
I wanted to have someone actually look at the results that it was showing me, but I was not certain if anyone else would be familiar with it. So I decided to discontinue bringing it up.
Overall, I was satisfied with the service. I just feel like she may have been frustrated and I was frustrated because I have limited knowledge about cars. And she was not aware of the tool I brought that I was trying to explain to her. I appreciate her for adjusting how she spoke with me and allowing me to finish expressing myself in regards to trying to explain the car mobile inspection tool.
I think she did a fantastic job helping me. I just feel like we had a misunderstanding within the first five minutes of meeting in regards to the car mobile tool and allowing my to finish my sentences in regards to explaining my situation. I can relate with how it’s easy to interrupt someone when you more knowledge about anI can relate with how it’s easy to interrupt someone when you’re more knowledgeable about a topic, I felt like I was being interrupted, but I addressed it, and it was corrected. Other than that, I really appreciate her service with me and overall I feel she did a great job.
