He wouldn't let me change m/y mind about selling me the oil changes. I did not need wipers and probably got the same air filter. They took over 3 1/3 to do an oil change and aused me to miss 2 appointments. I won't ever come back. And he was very hateful an made me pay $300 for an oil change. Terrible customer skills.

I left message this afternoon with manager. I came in for a 12:45 pm appointment. Returned to the garage a little after 1:15pm. I waited until 1:40pm to ask about my truck. Chris stated he was working on paperwork. Chris returned with my paperwork at 2:15pm. When checking out I asked does paperwork take 45 minutes and I was informed it should not. I came back to this location after receiving great service the first by passing the Morse location whipis closer to my home. After today, I think I need to give them a try. I was highlly disappointed. To top off I believe too much air is in my tires due to dashboard light remaining on showing 35 and 36 pressure on the tires. When I came in I believe they were at 32.

Job well done even though it took longer than anticipated I had a new rear back bumper cover installed but the first one that was shipped to Jermaine came in damaged they had to send it back they had to order another one this one came in undamaged so they were able to paint it clear coat it I finally put it on my rear bumper
