He was nice apologetic to me at the end. I communicated with him that I left my phone at home and caused a delay of service agreement responses. He let me know all of the issues with the car! Great job!!!
It took 3.5 hours for an oil change, new wiper blades and a new cabin filter. The $30 off coupon I brought in as not applied. I had to ask about it, before I received a corrected bill. I was late for my next appointment. Not a great experience.
I absolutely love and appreciate the professionalism, and kindness of the Germain Toyota staff. Chris the service manager is absolutely amazing. He doesn't make me feel as if I'm being taken advantage of(single female, zero car knowledge) He explains everything to a T. He also explains why he's recommending certain services. Also Mahogany, is courteous and very kind, and extremely helpful. Also Marie & Teresa. I also met a technician(the person who greets and takes your car to be repaired)today, I wish that I could remember his name.All mentioned above are definitely an asset to the Germain family. The receptionist who attended to me was very rude to me. I was very uncomfortable being over there today and I'm not sure I would be coming back. Though I requested to speak with the manager, I was told the manager was not available.
