We got off to a rocky start, there was a lot of "I don't know" when I asked about the finish time. It was a stressful time for me since it was a freeway breakdown and I understand it was a struggle to fit me in. However today was a new day and Chris was extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciate the speedy fix.

The receptionist I talk to earlier, gave me a problem when I tried to add a service to the service that was previously scheduled. I had gotten an automated text message from the Toyota company telling me which ones I had to choose, and when I called back to add. She told me to text the person back which didn’t make any sense because it was an automated text message. I kept asking for the supervisor and she kept trying to go back-and-forth with me. Finally she forwarded me to the supervisor and it went straight to voicemail. The second time I called another person answered and I had no issues.

Staff directed me in, greeted me with marvelous eye contact, and got me into the waiting room quickly. Staff at desk was aware of my presence and let me know how long I would expect to wait.

I am visiting family in the area and hit a pothole and needed my tire repaired or replaced. Ms. Nolen was able to get me in and get my tire replaced. Since I am here from Las Vegas I left my Toyota Credit Card back in Vegas. I never care it with me because I never expect to need it, Toyota is a reliable brand. So the cashier, Aprielle called the Toyota Credit Card company to get my service charges approved and sent me on my way. I am forever grateful to these two ladies who helped me at a very trying time.
