Great job, but I’m still a bit suspicious about all the “services due” that come up randomly that cost more money. I think maybe a detailed description of what they are in a quote would be better.

Communication through texting is helpful while I'm working. I'm not available to talk over the phone. I got his text reply promptly. I like the video clips that tech goes through under the hood of my car.

It would have been most helpful if when I checked in if the new communication app was explained to me. When it came thru on my phone I answered the questions and pushed submit and it didn’t go thru bec I didn’t know I had to put more info in the box in order for submit to go thru. I waited over an hr for Chris to realize it didn’t go thru. Chris did arrange for 2 techs to complete the service to speed up the wait time. Then when I pulled out of the dealership and got to the light at Brice Rd. the car died. A message came up on the screen that if the service was complete to push OK. I’m grateful I was at a red light and not out in traffic!!! Then it puttered a few times after I started it up again then I was able to drive but very unsure of how it was going to respond. This was very unnerving. When I got home I called Chris and he apologized and to bring it back if there were any unusual sounds or issues.

I told the receptionist that the front light needs replaced, unfortunately the light was not fixed. I just saw that yesterday

It took 2¹/2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. I was 45 minutes early for my appointment scheduled for 9:15 and my car was ready until after 11.

The service tec was excellent but the technician with my vehicle took enormous amount of time, which the service technician had to entertain the technician why is it taking so long for my vehicle. But the technician did help me with a problem I had! So all together I would rate this proticular service with a 7!

Zac was simply outstanding! He went the extra-extra mile (s) to make sure our vehicle was in perfect condition to haul our 26 ft RV. Whatever your dealership does to honor its workers, Zac should get whatever that honor might be! Thanks so much Zac! Tim I.

You failed to present a written estimate other than the price options in the app and to get my written authorization for expenses more than 10% above that; both of those acts are required by the Ohio Administrative Code. The total charge exceeded 110% of the highest price option identified in the app, and was more than 120% of the $49.95 pricing option I selected in the app.
