One thing I forgot as I opened this survey was that Mohogany said the inspection report was unavailable (system down), but that it would be emailed to me. I have yet to see it. Can you please follow up on this?

I had oil change scheduled that I was told it would take 1 1/2-2 hours. It was suggested I get a wheel alignment so I agreed. 3 hours without a check in I went to the rep to ask for an update, he said it wouldn't be too much longer. After close to 4 hours I was finally done. I have never waited this long before for such a simple service. I was extremely exhausted and disappointed. It totally threw off my entire day.

Very satisfied with service. Very nice that messaging was integrated to alert me of repair that needed fixing. Able to give approval on the spot while waiting.

Teresa as a service technician she great, the mechanic are not responsible, I know Serpent belt is complicated, but 3 trips and repairs, and the belt still squeaks and still have vibrations of the motor when starting,

Matt was *the* most attentive Service Consultant I have ever encountered in my nearly 50 years of driving. He was thorough, honest, extremely helpful, and went several extra miles to ensure a high quality customer experience. I cannot sing his praises more highly than to say that Matt will be the primary reason I will return to Germain Service again.
