My 9 am appointment for a simple oil change turned into a 2 hour wait. I thought making an appointment would make it a speedy process.

As before, I found it easy to make an appointment, reception was cordial & efficient & service wait time was as expected. Very spacious waiting area, coffee good, but would have enjoyed some small nibbles!
Your new system in providing status and recommended/needed repairs/replacement worked very well. I was impressed. Your technicians have to be IT also!

Are you kidding me? He is a condescending jerk. He wouldn't know customer service if it smacked him in the forehead. If I knew the ladies name who I asked help from I would tell you about her as well. These people are a joke.
