I told Chris my concerns re: my car and he listened. Had everything checked out and they found nothing wrong with brakes.
I like how he was honest.

My visit was promised to be under 2 hours, and estimated to be 90 minutes, which already was long for what this service was. I called off work to be there for the time I was told and when 2 hours came I hadn’t heard anything. I asked and continued to get a vague answer and it wasn’t until 2.5 hours passed and I came back to inquire that I was officially told it was about done.
It is incredibly challenging and frustrating to have delays and no concrete information as to what is going on. This resulted in me being late for work. Nothing was done to try and make it right. My experiences with this dealership are usually better. Too bad

I was very happy to receive fast service. But I have two comments…i have been for service twice and received no feed back on the multipoint inspections. I did specifically ask in my service request for someone to look at my tires (beyond the surprise puncture) to assess condition. After seeing them myself this afternoon I think the treads are pretty worn and replacement may be needed…but no one told me that. My dad did. ????

I met Mr. Curtis in the midst of a very frustrating situation. Out of town… stranded and completely ignorant of what to do next Mr. Curtis was friendly and extremely patient with my questions. He was familiar with the services available and offered several options to get me back on the road. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew where I was in the repair process and gave me realistic expectations of when it would be done. When it’s time to buy my next vehicle Germain Toyota is at the top of my list. Thanks again Chris!

The fact that I paid over 2 grand for repairs and in your 30 point inspection you don't check why engine light is on or trac light is on....oh no that's even more money from a loyal customer to spend 5 minutes to hook up a machine for read out. Whatever. It's all about nickle and diming a person everytime I go there. Prolly my last Toyota product. Then the next crooked dealership can do it....whatever.
