When I first came in and told Jared what I wanted, he seemed fine at first. However, he would not respond to any phone call I made to him. Countless messages were left, with no call backs. This went on for two weeks. Two. Weeks. I also left a message for the general manager and sales manager, and received no response from them, either. Luckily, I happen to know your former social media manager, who was able to call the manager directly, and after that, the sales manager was able to get in contact with me. I worked exclusively with him until the car was shipping from Japan. After that, Jared was suddenly magically able to contact me again. From then on, I contacted him specifically through email, which he actually responded to. My experience with Jared was positive from them on. Once the sale happened, we had to wait hours for the finance rep, Demetrius, which is something car dealerships as a whole should work on improving. Though frustrating, I understand the bureaucracy takes time to fill out. After filling out the endless forms, as we were leaving, he ran out and forgot further documents. I realize people make mistakes, but this was tiring after all this. So we drove off and thought we were done. Then today he calls me and tells me I have to drop everything and race in again because he screwed up and used the wrong lender. I tell him I am concerned about another hard pull on my credit, which he says won't affect my score. I work with credit through soft pulls and know this isn't true. He then proceeded to do another hard pull even though he never mentioned doing a further hard pull, just saying that my score won't be affected. I was already unhappy about having to go out of my way to the exact opposite side of town to fix Demetrius' screwup, not mine. I realize people make mistakes. We are human. I make plenty myself. But expecting me to have an emergency because of someone else's error does not give me a good feeling. No compensation, even a tank fill-up or a cheap car wash as a gesture of apology was provided. With a purchase of this size and an irritation because of employee error, I would think some gesture would be provided.

They did an excellent job on my van. Oil change tire rotation and alignment. Van runs great. Zak is an excellent service provider.

This visit was a return visit after two previous. The first was part of the service plan oil change tire rotation, second was immediately after where I feel the issue was as a result of faulty work the 1st visit. A part was to be ordered. No one called for a month even after 2 calls to the general manager. We finally went in and spoke to Troy who worked to look at the problem again but I had to pay for a diagnosis and rental. While he did work to discount those things, I don't feel I should have been responsible for something I think they missed/caused initially. I am disappointed in Germain Toyota service and not sure I can trust them with my vehicle. I have one more visit on my service plan and will likely go back to another dealership from there. It's a shame because Germain is much closer but I value responsive and quality work as well as I have to be able to trust who I am dealing with.

I don't as originally charged for a tire rotation even the the tires were purchased at Germain. Once I informed Zack if such he initiated the process for a refund. Don't understand why I have to inform the customer representative when my entire service history is in your database. This has happened to me previously.
