I came in due to RF bearing noise and they told me it was nothing. Right when I left I heard it all the way home and still hearing it. I also had to wait 4.5 hours to get a tire plugged. I informed them I had the coverage plan from Toyota to cover it. Then found out my tires on my truck need replaced soon. I’ve only this truck 7,000 miles since I purchased it and was told new tires where placed on it when I bought it. The math doesn’t add up. NO tires run out that fast. The sales advisor agreed with me and told me to contact someone else named John woody. Sales advisor was emailing the warranty company to get them to replace the tire with a nail in it. Hence the 4.5 hours. Should’ve just called them and talked that process through and saved me time. I also got No updates until I had to walk out and ask after 2.5 hours. So no fix of a potential bearing and a new tire. Definitely not coming back to this dealership unless they make it right and put 3 more new tires on considering I was told I got new tires when I bought the truck. I also had my oil done May 6 and my tires where 5 and 6’s after I went back and looked. I’ve not even drove a lot since that time. So again, somehow I got played and wasn’t given the tires I was told would be done.

Matthew the service tech was very unprofessional and impatient. I would not want someone with that type of attitude greeting or servicing guests. With the help of another more capable technician, our oil change was completed in a timely manner. She was very kind and helpful. The Service Director Troy Almanson was very pleasant and professional; and he spoke with us to resolve our concerns. I would recommend Germain Toyota Service.

The amount I was charged differed from my estimate and no one was able to explain why. I was told I have to contact Theresa tomorrow. Also, I brought my car in a while ago (2 years ago per Theresa) due to warning lights flashing. I was told it was fixed. The lights came on within 15 minutes of my leaving the dealership and I called right away. I asked for the issue to be looked at again this time. I was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee because of the amount of time since I last brought my car in. This was fine. But, then I was told the warning lights were coming on because of an aftermarket windshield replacement. It's the same windshield that was on the car 2 years ago. If that was the issue, why wasn't the proper diagnosis given the last time. I essentially had to pay a diagnostic fee because you got it wrong last time.

The representative at the service Dept was amazing. Explained to her my situation of driving from Texas and she made us welcome and assisted us in our service. It meant the world to me knowing we would be worry free in our travle back to Texas.

Passing thru the area in need of oil change and tire rotation. Germain Toyota was able to schedule me online for the next day. Work was completed in a timely and friendly fashion. Thanks to the excellent service, I'm back on the road!

I was having a pretty bad evening when I dropped my truck off on Friday but was given a smile and a lot of reassurance that evening. That goes a long way. I knew it was the weekend and a holiday coming up. I couldn’t believe the speed, accuracy, and the timeliness of my repair! Thank you everyone who helped make that happen!

I was not satisfied with the customer service I received today. I expected so much more. I felt like I was treated horribly. That was my first time at Germain Toyota and I planned to be a regular customer.
