No need to contact me. 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable! I worked for this dealership for almost 30 years and this is probably my last visit for service. As I mentioned earlier no need to contact me. Just fix the scheduling so someone else has a better experience.

12:45 appointment, went in back after 2:00. This was twice in a row.

Matt was straightforward about the services to be done and recommended an additional service that I agreed to but failed to think of when I initiated the services that I wanted. There were several services asked for and it was all done in a timely fashion.
Oil cap not placed back on. Oil leaked out. Car needed towed to dealership.
I was tired took to long for me but I understand it, but like I said I was tired had been up all night at work and was up all day the day before to.
