I think the service on my car was good but trying to get your company to call back was another. One thing is when you have over Generation command they shouldn't feel that they have to do all the leg work and do all the calling or texting some people don't know how to text. I do but I also want it to be known that you know. People could be kinder humble with their papeople coming in and have their cars. Service. My suggestion is that educate your callers or your people that works there to answer their phone or return the phone call as quick as possible not 24 hours. Later and don't know if my car has been delivered or but I appreciate the work that you've done. And get it done fast? I appreciate you set in my warranty to do over overhalf. I understand that I had to pay for the filter of the car but that was okay. So in the future please when I call or any of your customers pick up the phone and answer it soon as possible. My son was there to help me he wanted you guys to call me back and I'm not here and I understand that some older generation has to have help. But I'm still with him online and I'm still the one who pays the bills and I prefer that you talk to me cause my son did leave. A phone number of his and mine so thank you.

After I left, I noticed a little bit of a drive but not much. I checked the tire pressure two of them was at 41 was at 40 and the other one was at 33 so I don’t think the crew checked my air in my tires makes me wonder if they checked all the fluids as well. It wasn’t due for oil change at this time but I do a lot of driving out of state and I will check my oil myself. Thank you.

The damage done car door was assumed it was my fault. I feel it was done when I had my seat protection done. Because no one sit or ever been in in back seat of my car. No conversation: just the cost. Just rude, not helpful @ all

I came in for a brake inspection, my appt was at 1130 am. I decided to wait for the service. The advisor did not give me any updates at 230 pm I went out to him. He was not very customer focused. He gave me some lame excuse as to what was going on. I then had to go back at 345pm for him to say it is almost finished. I then took another 40 minutes. I would suggest he be more customer service oriented. He should come out after the first hour and half and keep updating. I could then make the decision if I want to stay 5 hrs! The service out front was good. I did have an issue when I picked up the truck. There was grease and dirt all over the steering wheel and driver door. One of the ladies out front came and cleaned it off herself.
