Price is way too high and problems weren't solved

The gentleman that I gave my keys to and the gentleman that checked me in at the counter were very pleasant and courteous. They performed my seevice efficiently and quickly!
The overall disrespect the customer service attended gave us over the phone and in person. Completely disregarded me and didnt let me speak about the issues that i thought was happening with my vehicle. Plus talking to me as if i was in kindergarten instead of a paying customer
