Usually when my tire pressure light comes on, I take my car in and air is put in the tire at no cost. This time I went in for the same thing and was told I needed a tire pressure kit that would cost $88. I never really got an explanation why. If I did, it wasn't clear. I also asked based on my mileage what maintenance I needed. Never got a clear answer on that one either.
Time I waiting to get service is terrible.At same time service charge is extra seem like scam. From 2009 I used Toyota service but this is only terrible and **** place I been.

The absolute worst dealership I have dealt with. Service NEVER answers the phones. I even called while in the waiting room while watching 4 service writers standing at a single desk on their phones talking. Got sent to a voicemail. Amy is very unprofessional, and quite literally has absolutely no clue what she is talking about. I went in with a noise issue with my vehicle and left with that same noise still occurring. Mind you I purchased this vehicle 4 weeks ago. I was then told that I would have to cover whatever is causing the issue (after the finance manager and salesmen told me they will have it covered) even thought I called 2 weeks after I purchased it to schedule an appointment! Paul is nice, but if he truly cared about his customers he would push a bit harder for things to be looked into. Germain Toyota is horrible. Carmax is a better dealership, which is absolutely awful. I will not be back to service my car here.. only under warranty will I return.
