Zak was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me with my needs.
I was given 3 different prices. Ended up paying $50 more than what was quoted at the time of booking. Somehow ended up with $15 of what could only be explained as “incidentals”. Overall poor communication for a simply task.
Need to fix my brakes and the rest of the part they diagnosed but right now don't have money can you guys credit me so I can pay every month if that ok
The front driver side tire needed to be replaced due to a screw in the tire and it was not patched or replaced.
Zac was very professional during our contact A few things during my visit as something’s that were out of your control.Lack of staff contributing to unusual wait times. I would suggest periodic.notification to clients.Availability of rental cars for quick errands in 5 mike radius. I’m not sure of the young lady name however I did recognize a great example of good customer service overcoming a problem. The staff on the floor were fair to partly cloudy meaning they didn’t look like they wanted to be there.Wish you well with the team give my best to Zac
