In the past I’ve had problems with Miss Wilson’s lack of respect and me being uncomfortable knowing I had to take my truck in for service.I took the truck in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that everything went okay and I didn’t leave upset. I hope my visits are like this from now on ???????? I don’t do drama, just want to get my truck fixed and leave
I received very good service from Mahogany and all the team. In particular, I was grateful when a young man brought me my wallet and phone which is left on the front seat - very appreciated! I had things about the car patiently explained which I was grateful for. People were also helpful and considerate of my being on crutches. Thanks to your service department for a good experience.
