I was more than pleased with how informative Willmi was and how willing he was to answer any and all questions I had in regards to the car. He was also helpful with explaining how my service plan works and when I should bring the car in next.
Richard is a very nice, friendly man. He was helpful when setting up the appt and when I arrived. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions about other services.

I was not satisfied at all Brynn was completely rude and when she asked me what I brought my Jeep in for I told her that when I go around 75mph my Jeep starts shaking aggressively. The first thing that came out her mouth was oh that’s normal for jeeps. Then continued to make smart **** comments like the speed limit is 65 and I should be speed because it’s illegal. Then continued to argue with me about the speed limit and told me that well she can’t ask her mechanic to go 75mph because it’s illegal. The worst experience I have ever had in a dealership.
