I didn't like Richard, he changed the light bulb without my permission which I think is crazy. I do not plan to bring my car again there

Very upset with this visit. I was charged for things that I never got charged for during regular maintenance. When I asked why I was charged for those things and expressed concerns, the customer service rep was very impatient and rude, even calling me “ridiculous”. The worst customer experience ever.

The people I spoke to her very nice, but I never got anything in writing before you started working on my car. I only authorized to have one thing done with my car but your technicians did two things and then charge me for the extra thing I never authorized to do. And in the end I ended up paying more than I should have because of that.
