The customer service in department are very professional. Very straightforward and excellent follow through. I had a lift kit installed by Stapp on my 2022 Tacoma which I purchased there. A sales rep ( not mentioning names) recommended 285 tires. Not the service department. They rubbed absolutely terrible. I got with Jaqueline and she made it right. The 2022 is the second vehicle I purchased from Stapp. Keep up the good work. Rob

I received a notice from Toyota that my Highlander was recalled and I needed to contact my dealer to get it fixed. I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed but found out that it was only an inspection and I need to bring it back again to get it fixed. 2 hours and 30 miles of driving wasted. Needless to say, I left as an unhappy customer Alan Jenkins
