I received a notice from Toyota that my Highlander was recalled and I needed to contact my dealer to get it fixed. I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed but found out that it was only an inspection and I need to bring it back again to get it fixed. 2 hours and 30 miles of driving wasted. Needless to say, I left as an unhappy customer Alan Jenkins

First time doing an alignment at Stapp, Past other places have included the machine printout of before and after numbers, usually color coded zones. My car drives straight, but just wondering if this is not usual or expected?

I might still have a problem but I really did not expect your mechanics to find it. I have been fighting the transmission for 100s of miles then a few days ago the problems just went away. It is difficult to fix a problem that doesn't exist. Your mechanic checked what he could and now I'm just hoping the problem does not return on my trip to Oregon. It was probably a sticky control valve that has started working properly again. Keeping my fingers crossed.
