My fluids were not topped off. My tires had 3 different PSI from 32-34. They are supposed to all be 35. Everyone was friendly. But since I was told twice that this would be a 90 minute appointment (once when I scheduled it & once when I first brought my car in, I was surprised when I got my car in 1 hour. This is very disheartening.

I was in and out in record time. It usually takes an hour to an hour and 15. I was done in 45 minutes.
I noticed that I had an active recall notice for weld spatter on the axle. I was under the impression that the comprehensive service would review any outstanding recalls or notices for the vehicle and take appropriate preventive actions, but I didn’t see an indication that this was done. Maybe I missed this info, but I would appreciate attention to this in future visits.

The service advisor was dismissive and cold. Granted I was upset with the added cost, but she was unsympathetic. I needed to get back home for a doctor’s appointment after a shuttle ride. She assured me I could make it.
The driver picked up another passenger 30 minutes away - and so I was late for my appointment. She was again - unsympathetic and said there was nothing she could do. Another advisor was understanding, apologized and empathized. That’s all I needed.

The cabin filter was changed and now the glove compartment door won’t stay closed. I’d like to bring the car back in and taken care of. It worked fine before the dash area was touched .
Picking up the car was a nightmare - we arrived, one person said she would be with us shortly then disappeared and we stood in that room for 5 minutes before any of the other 3 people in the room and the 2 people that walked through even acknowledged our presence. Not very good customer service at all.
