Oil leaking out from oil filter, this was the last shop that did the oil change. Who ever did the work last never changed the washer, they reused the old. For that I suffered there error, instead of offering a free oil change I was hinted by the advisor that “oh you are past due for your oil change suppose to be every 5000 miles” (making it sound as it’s my fault the washer wasn’t changed) and asked me if I wanted to pay for an oil change. , first off that’s incorrect , full synthetic can go up 10000 or more based on motor health and filter with no problem, at that the car itself says we were at 10% remaining so we still had plenty of time. Oil was still clean and at correct level. I felt insulted by that, also I told advisor cody that there were a few screws missing from my skid plate and he said usually the tech will note if it was missing on arrival but didn’t, so that leads me to believe that since he forgot those screws he forget to tighten the filter all the way. Highly unsatisfied on how it was handled. Now I’m worried that my car car will have future issues by this. Didn’t mention anything about the noise I was having when it started happening. Only thing that I was assured was they wiped all the oil clean, fixed the mistake there tech made, and that if I want an oil change they will do it. I get it oil change was just about due, but for the inconvenience of me having the car towed in and inconvenience of me having to deal with oil all over is just ridiculous, I’m worried not cause this dealership also flushed my **** so I’m wondering if it was properly done or am I gonna have future problems. Not cody fault it’s more of the tech who dismissed my car as it was just getting an oil change and not a big ticket deal for him as I’m sure he wanted to make more money on other services.

I always have great customer service at this location. However, my hood was not fully closed when I left the facility and did not notice it until I was on the highway and could see it vibrating. It was a bit scary as I made it to an exit and was able to close it properly.

Wesley is always professional and pleasant to talk with. I took my tire issue to Honda instead of the discount tire type of stores, because I know the people there, such as Wesley, that helps me trust they are being honest about what is needed. Thank you Wesley. Hopefully I won’t have anymore issues, but if I do, I will bring it back to Honda.

A planned warranty no claim repair was charged. Admittedly rescinded upon the challenge BUT it should never have been an issue. I have other disputes about what was done in a repair and what was not…….beware the slippery slope.
