Wes is the best service advisor in your dealership. He always ensures our vehicles are on plan with their scheduled maintenance plans. We are planning to purchase two more vehicles in the next 30-60 days and we will ensure that we bring them to your dealership and allow Wes to continue to be our service advisor.

The reason I said NO is because when I had my car serviced the wheels aligned the oil changed the technician who worked on the car forgot to tighten the lug nuts of the wheels! I could have had an accident or lost my life because of this negligence this is a very poor service and Honda owes more than an explanation or consult they should give me my money back for that service appointment. Although they corrected it the next day (what else could they have done) it's only by God's grace that I was paying attention and heard the wheels making noises. If I had the radio on or my wife was driving she may not have paid that much attention and could have died! This is completely unacceptable... I am surprised that Honda would allow something like this to happen. I am certainly expecting a follow up.

Like all dealerships your prices are too high. I got 2 filters replaced ( made of paper products ) for $110.00. Quite excessive price!
