Mike was excellent very helpful and patient. He knew it was our time and he took the time to explain everything to us and showed us around so that we could choose where to wait. He also made sure that we got all of our questions and concerns answered, and we did get all of our concerns resolved. I love how clean and helpful everyone was. So far so good????

Robert was amazing and took great care of us, his customer. However, what we don’t like is a 3% surcharge when we use our credit card. No one has ever charged us that at a dealership or store or restaurant. I think that’s a charge that you should be discontinuing. I believe, as you will know, you’re making plenty of money at the dealership for the work that you do to service the cars. Robert though was amazing, stellar, we will be going back.
Service - great! But l didn't expect the 3% credit card charge; not when your getting over$100.00 for an oil change. I thought that was pretty cheap. Not that l can't afford it, just principle.
