Initially, I scheduled an appointment to have my brakes replaced, as I believed it may be a necessary service due to my vehicle’s mileage. You go through and at drop off go through and up sell us on recommended service not required. After when we pick up you do go through and explain what was completed just go to cashier and pay. Also you do a half fast job in washing the car.
Alfred was wonderful! He made me feel welcomed and greeted me right away. He was very professional and accommodating. I really felt cared for by him and look forward to coming back for additional maintenance in the future. Honestly I can’t say enough nice things about him.
