Jennifer was nice and professional. And, the mechanics did a great job as usual. The only issue I have is my service manual with the recommended factory services is much different than what Jennifer sees on her terminal. Also, she was not able to see my previous service history. For example she recommended changing out spark plugs on this service but I told her it was done about 10,000 miles ago. The same with a brake fluid flush and an engine air filter. Note I paid for the factory recommended services when I purchased this vehicle so it’s imperative that you keep your system up to date on my services. Thank you.

We dropped our new Lexus RZ off for recall service. We were told that there would be free Uber to and from your service center. When we got there, we found out that it was only free one way, so my husband took the Uber home but I had to drive him back to Ontario the next day from our house in Glendora when the car was done. This took 45 minutes one way!
To make matters worse, after dropping off the car, right after getting home, we received a text message that the car was done. If it was going to take only an hour, it would have been nice to be told this so we would have had the option to wait for the recall repair to be done instead of taking almost 2 hours one day to deliver the car to your dealership and then another 2 hours to go and get the car the next day.
Poor communication from your service department!
Jennifer met me promptly at the drive up. She quickly processed my issue & invited me to have a drink or coffee while I waited. Within 30 minutes she let me know that the issue was a needed software update & an estimated wait time. In less than the time estimate, she notified me in person that the update was complete & the cate was ready.
