What a great guy! He delivered my Lexus on time with a lot of maintenance issues, and he even gave me a loaner car that was available because I forgot to request for one. Excellent service today as it was Christmas Eve and he was the only guy working hard accomodarinh everyone. He even doubled checked the work. Hopefully Lexus can give him like $10,000 pay raise for all the hard work the hard work he did today.
The reason I brought the car back after my 60000 mile service is because BOTH the driver and passenger side air conditioning was not blowing cold.(It worked fine before my service). I had asked Tony Hang to have BOTH sides looked at and fixed.
When I arrived to pick up the car at around 2:30, Tony greeted me and told me to “wait 10 minutes”. I complied and then went to the cashier to get my paperwork. After going to the cashier and reading the paperwork, I saw that only the driver’s side was noted and addressed.I wanted to discuss this with Tony, but I couldn’t find him. Apparently he had left because there was a sign on his booth that said “out to lunch”.
When I got in the car and tested both sides I found that the passenger side was definitely not as cold as the driver’s side. There’s an obvious difference. I couldn’t discuss this with Tony because he was nowhere to be found. Thank you for fixing one side, but it doesn’t completely solve my problem. Is it standard practice for your service advisors to leave before finishing a transaction?

I can’t thank Robert enough for everything he has done for me on helping me deal with my car insurance for the car and just everything in general. He definitely deserves a bonus or a raise. I appreciate him a lot and his patience and honesty. Overall, Lexus definitely needs to figure out how to make sure Robert is happy to stay and continue providing care to his clients.
Tino is an amazing Service Rep. He is knowledgeable and gives me great advice for service to keep my car in the best condition. He’s a great communicator. I can always trust his advise which is very important.
