Chris was great! Very accommodating to what I wanted done on my car! I didn’t feel like he was pushing things on me to do to my car when it wasn’t necessary at the time.
Mark was very friendly and welcoming from the start to the end of my appointment. He throughly explained what to look for when it’s time to change my tires. I loved the attention to detail and transparency with estimates. Great customer service :)

Had a concern after my recent service. My friend usually gets the gas topped off when servicing at Longo, but that wasn’t done here. Also noticed obvious stains on my white interior after the maintenance, which was disappointing.
It seems the connection is timing out. Trying again.

Services as normal, they took my vehicle, they did. What they were supposed to do as far as I know they gave me the vehicle back
My concern is that I asked them to check the kick open trunk mechanism. And they told me it worked, but I think it would have been better if they showed me, because I said it was just my way of doing it methodology. And another thing is there was some white string of something on my car, and they said, oh, I'll make sure I get that cleaned off for you. And when it came back to be washed, it was still there. Somebody had to come life. It off later. So the follow up or follow through of what they say they're going to do is not one hundred percent other than that.I come here because it's closer than the dealer.I bought it from or easier to get to and i've been here for my other vehicle.For a couple yeas
