Very sorry to bother you after your long day. I did pick up my car this evening. However, I apparently left my iPad inside the loaner car. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone in service or parts. I called too late (6:20pm). I did speak with a salesperson who promised to call me back. No call as of now.
Could I impose on you to make contact with someone in your service dept to please check my loaner car first thing tomorrow morning?
I will be Rancho Cucamonga tomorrow and can drop by to pick it up.

They had my car for two weeks and did not fix it. It’s still making the same noise. I barely bought the car. I haven’t even drove it one complete day. Now they’re telling me that I need to wait. 30 days for my warranty to kick in, so I can’t drive the car still. Is that even legal or fair
