Well, what can I say? Listen, I have been coming to Ontario lLexus for many, many years and what I can always say Helen K. is the best. I love her professionalism and she must have an A+ rapport with her mechanics because her observation is top-tier so whatever they are instructed to do they do it at a high level… because my car always comes back to me in perfect Condition. I can say a lot, but the primary reason why I drive all the way from the inland empire east of Moreno Valley all the way to Ontario lLexus is because of Helen Kassel …thank you for always being there. Service was done in a timely manner. What was done on the service was explained. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with Elijah. When we purchased the car from Crown Lexus we purchased the extended maintenance service as we were told it would cover all maintenance. When I brought the car in it was recommended to perform AC evaporator cleaning service, which I was told this was not covered under the extended service. I think that this should have been covered.
Jerry was helpful. However, I was almost certain our runs were scratched when our rear tires were replaced last time, but didn’t fight it because Jerry points out everything like our car is beat up when he checks it in. But our vehicle is garaged and taken care of. That said we had our front tires replaced this time and our rims were scratched I am certain as they look like the back ones now. Moreover, our vehicle came home with oil on the driver door panel inside and out. Jerry is attentive to his customers and telling us what we need and making sure we do what Lexus recommends but car didn’t come back the same.

Tony Hang was really pleasant and professional. I have worked with him in the past and was happy to again get to work with him. He kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle and let me know all the discrepancies with great explanations.
I was recommended to get the air conditioning cleaning/sanitation as a preventative measure and also the wheel alignment was added which wasn't part of my standard check up list provided by Lexus and increasing costs by $360. It wasn't clear why the wheel alignment was needed before any inspection was done or any issue was detected. Also this morning was driving and there is an odor that comes out of my air conditioning vents so the cleaning recommendation seems appropriate but it doesn't seem to have worked well, so was a bit disappointed in that outcome.
Mr. Faustino Ruiz was friendly, courteous and explained recommendations and costs. Mr. Ruiz is certainly an asset to Crown Lexus.
