This was the best experience by far that I have had thus far. From Angle with towing from AAA being very personable in transporting me on my flat tire on the way for normal service, to Alfred with impeccable professionalism. I’m definitely happy I purchased a Lexus and this keeps buy in with the brand and especially this location.

Tino Ruiz is an excellent service manager. I had problems with my brakes. They would squeak when I would come to a stop. I took my vehicle in several times before they found the problem. Each time I went in, Tino always I ensured I was taken care of. I returned yesterday, 11 February, from Crown Lexus and so far my brakes don’t squeak. Thank you for providing good customer service.
