Oil change typically completed with synthetic oil. Receipt from today reflects conventional oil used. Differs from previous receipts. Left message with Gerry to clarify why the receipt indicated different oil used.

They were unable to fix the problem. I'm having with speech to text. I understand that they say it is an update I had on my iPhone that's causing the problem. I'm hoping that Lexus comes up with a fix for this soon.
