I didn’t get a text while I was at the Lexus dealer telling me what the status of my service was. I got one when I got home and it indicated I needed a.$240+ VIN label. Tony never mentioned anything about needing such a label and I returned the text asking what a VIN label was and why I needed it but no one ever got back to me. Vehicle service was fine.
Frank and the service team were a pleasure to work with. Frank is very knowledgeable and thorough. I received a loaner vehicle, which is always very helpful. I was updated on the status of my vehicle while they had it, and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Five stars for the service team at Crown Lexus!
