Excellent service! I was offered and received the use of a loan car while my service and installation of my tires was done, my first time using a loan car. The experience was the best I’ve ever received! Leticia, took my payment and was also very kind and professional!
Jerry is awesome. He went out of his way to ensure i was comfortable even offering me a ride if I did not have one. It is clear he is a true valued employee at crown lexus. I would usually never go to the dealership to do any type of services. But after working with Jerry, I will be bring in my car to be serviced at crown Lexus!

I received my car back with a crack all the way down the middle. I didn't have a crack when I bought my car in, now Crown Lexus says I need to pay almost $2500 for them to replace the windshield they damaged. Been a customer 6 years, never been treated like this before.
