Faustino was excellent and we were in and out in about an hour.
I took my vehicle to the Lexus dealership that I bought it from assuming that I was going to get the same service that I’ve always got and that I can trust them that was not the case they tried to sell me a $500 tire and tell me that my warranty is no longer acceptable and that I had a nail in my tire which I never had a nail in my tire It’s taken them over a year and a half to give me my second key for my car and I’m completely unsatisfied with the service that I received today they tried to lie to me swindle me. I kept asking questions. They said I’ll get back to you. I was sitting there for two hours all for them to do nothing to my car. I wasted my Saturday afternoon and I had to take it to another Shop where they told me what was wrong with my tire, which was nothing at all. They wasted my time tried to waste my money and now I no longer trust them. that is not the type of service someone should receive when they purchase a luxury vehicle from a luxury car dealership. I’m spending that much money and that’s the kind of service I received is ridiculous.

Tino is best. He helped the process move at a good rate and expedited the entire maintenance procedure. I always ask for him and never have been disappointed us.

The service advisor was very very friendly and and inviting. Your service is honest and no nonsense boy they fixed it perfectly it runs like a jet. They even washed it perfectly these are well made precision cars. I'm always waxing it and cleaning it

Michael was very helpful in explaining the procedure to me and keeping me informed and I like that he sent me a video of the Mechanic showing my car and explaining what the problems were. I enjoyed working with Michael Connor, I didn’t feel that he was selling me services/repairs I didn’t need.

I an a regular customer of Tony Hang and was a little nervous when he wasn’t there but Alfred came in, made me feel very comfortable and took very good care of me!!
I had my brakes serviced at your dealer 14 months ago. Now my rotors are warped. And to add insult to injury when I asked Christopher how much it would be just for the parts he quoted me $580. I called 3 different lexus dealers and they all quoted me around $480. Why the price difference?
Christian is helpful and always available by phone for questions and/or concerns regarding my automobile. He has a friendly disposition and takes time to explain needed repairs in laymen terms. I’m extremely thankful to Chris for the outstanding service he provides.
