While the service providers were very professional, it would’ve been nice to know in advance that there is a 3% surcharge if using a credit card. I don’t usually carry my debit card and you don’t have the capability of using Apple pay. The additional charge was alarming and disappointing!

Excellent service. Service was done less than 2 hours. Tony Hang was very courteous, polite & was able to explain everything that needs to be done . Because of his service we plan to have our car service @ Croun Lexus in the future . How I wish every employee will do the same thing ????
