From start to finish the service was excellent & showed the highest degree of professionalism. Every single person I interacted with was courteous & knew their job. Mark was efficient & kept me informed. Mark was excellent and you should be proud to have him on your team. I will definitely ask for him the next time I need my Lexus serviced by Crown Lexus. Your management team is clearly doing several things right & should be commended along with Mark. They are hiring the right people for the job. Then they are training them to do their jobs well & with the best customer service. And finally, they must be holding their employees accountable because you cannot maintain such high standards unless you hold people accountable. I would recommend Crown Lexus, and Mark in particular, to all my friends and family who own Lexus vehicles.
