I had the opportunity to receive the same type of service at a different establishment with the brand of Lexus. Unfortunately crown falls short compared to the other dealership. Overall, the way I was received, greeted and the appointment I made online was useless.

I’ve been bringing my Lexus there for the last almost 2 years for all service and repairs and I’ve always been very happy with the service I receive. When I came in for my appointment last week for my oil change tire rotation, the service representative looked over my records and recommended a couple other things which I went ahead and trusted him and agreed. The next day I was putting my receipts away with my other maintenance records and noticed that one of the services that was recommended that was completed had just been done less than a year ago. I called and left a message for my customer service representative Robert and never did receive a phone call back. I tried calling Friday, but of course service was closed. I found out for the holiday which is understandable. I called Saturday couldn’t get through to anybody. I did just call and left a message for the service manager so hopefully I’ll get some response. Thank you.
