He did a very good job and he is a amazing worker
George was great however I do have a complaint about the 3% surcharge on credit card transactions. I would have preferred to use my credit card but I used my debit card to avoid the surcharge. Who thought this was a good idea? It’s definitely NOT helping your customer satisfaction scores!

First time at Lexus, greeted promptly, also another team member walking by genuinely said Good Morning. George came out very quickly and guided me inside and he took care of it all. A lot of dealerships have you wait answer a bunch of questions. Went inside. Handled paperwork. I was a waiter and although there wasn’t anything wrong with waiting area, it wasn’t that big, did not have any work areas for those working while waiting. Again not bad but maybe could have more amenities. Car was promised in 90 and I was called at 88. Checked out professionally with George. Dropped my ticket at valet and had car in minutes. Only pet peeve and this is my thing is air was on full blast and seat had been moved. In my perfect service scenario I would not have to change anything back to my settings on my car. Radio, air, seat should all be the same. 9/10
