It took 3 hrs for an oil change, suggest that a regular maintenance would be a lot faster.. 20 wait for service guy + 3 hrs waiting for completion is too long..

Im still concerned with the whole battery dying and having to use a trickle battery because I don't drive it every day. I've never had to do this with any other cars including my other lexus I think it's a defect and needs to be fixed
