This comment is not related to Gerardo. When I called to schedule my appointment, it was clear this was my first visit, yet I was not informed of how long the appointment would take or that a courtesy vehicle must be scheduled in advance.

You did not fix my L CERTIFIED vehicle purchased thru u .. service manager never got involved !! Technical assistance from what I been told was never involved... they state normal condition for mileage it had 35000 when purchased 48000 now 13000 estimated and now trans and engine vibration clunks in gear never did this before I tested same like vehicle they do not do this and nowhere on the repair do they state compare vehicle...phantom electrical also warranty doesn't doesn't pay tech so they shot gun the diagnosis and repair i noticed the time stamp on repair order...not happy.
