My car says that it needs steering wheel liquid. I thought that is included with the “checkup”
The only negative thing is it takes way to long for the service. I was there 6 hours

Robert was great and honest! He checked all of my concerns and made sure my car is safe. Found out I had special visitors trying to stow away in the warmth of my car- YUK!!!! But they took care of it and put my mind at ease! Also gave me pointers of what to do to keep critters away! I feel I can take my car t Crown and to Robert and know that they will be honest with me and take care of me. I appreciated the video and text engagement throughout my repair too! I had to replace car battery, not taking care of tire leak with your cars( had to pay )

Robert Melendez did an excellent job working with me on my vehicle service. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my service questions. Even though I had received text msgs regarding my vehicle, he came to the lounge and personally spoke with me to explain to and update me on the progress. I’m extremely pleased with his attention to his customers.
