Hi Michael, one change in the vehicle is when I lock the car. Earlier it used to fold the side view mirrors; it does not do that anymore. Is that an option that for se selected during the service? Thanks, Babu
When I made the appointment over the phone, I was told that I was going to be having my oil changed and my tires rotated. I told the girl making the appointment that I had just had my tires rotated because I had a tire replaced in September. She said oh yes I see that maybe they won’t need to do that at your appointment. She also quoted my repairs to be somewhere in the $50 range. Christian Santos quickly rattled off 5 to 6 different “necessary maintenance repairs” that I needed totaling around $723. Also stating that I did not, or avoided having my air conditioning serviced at my last appointment due to the cost of $840 at that appointment without having said service done. It was only after the fact that I agreed to today’s $723 that I remembered that the girl had said I only needed a tire rotation and oil service. Christian Santos actually told me that I didn’t need the oil service today but will do it on my 30,000 mile visit. Perhaps very naïvely I simply agreed to paying the exorbitant price of $723 without anything itemized nor was there an itemized list and breakdown of pricing offered by Mr Santos. Also at the end of three hours+ wait time I casually mentioned to Christian that this seemed to be a longer than usual visit he said “I was very upfront with you about the timing due to….” Fill in the blank. That is not true. Christian Santos did not in any way shape or form inform me that it could go up to three hours or more (which it was) of wait time nor did he specify why.. and with my 25 years of combined sales and merchandising experience had I been approached by a client with a very nonchalant observation I simply would have said “I’m sorry Mr. Juarez yes I understand. We apologize for the long wait”. Rather than justifying something that actually was never stated to me in the first place
Friendly,helpful and I was well informed. I was told the service would take about an hour and a half, it was completed in less than an hour.
Robert Melendez was so helpful and answered all my questions.
I will ask for him when I come back for my next service.

Great service and quality of the Lexus name
I am very happy with Tino Ruiz this time. However, I am somewhat puzzled these Associates will soon forget you the next time we visit the dealership for another service. They would not even acknowledge you like you are a first time customer. Additionally I am not happy that Lexus is charging us 3% for Credit Card process fee. This does not encourage me to return once my service contract expires. Lexus will also not be on my top mind when I am buying a new car. Lastly your welcoming Team Member outside, one of your them has a serious ATTITUDE problem. My car had to stay for repair and I wanted to take something inside. He was not happy and showed his sneering face. He said it was not directed to me but still it’s unwelcome. It gives me the impression that he is not happy to serve. There’s always something like this when I go to your dealership. I am not happy at all to return but has no other option other than to go to another dealer.
Muchael was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He made every effort to accommodate me.
